The matriarch of the Bamidele Adesote family of Odode, Idanre, Ondo State , Madam Grace Adesote is dead.
Madam Adesote is the mother of Mrs Sayo-Yemi Olowolabi, wife of former Ondo state Commissioner for information, Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Yemi Olowolabi.
A statement by the family stated that Madam Adesote passed on in the early hours of Sunday, May 25, 2025 at age 76
“A devout christian, Madam Adesote was until her death the Iya Ijo of Wesley Methodist Church, Utaja Road, Idanre.
“She is survived by many children and grandchildren.
“Burial arrangements will be announced by the family later”.
