The immediate past Deputy Governor of Ekiti State, Bisi Egbeyemi, is dead.
He died at age 78.
The former deputy governor reportedly died around 8 pm on Friday at a private hospital in Ado-Ekiti after a brief illness.
Egbeyemi who was a deputy governor to Governor Kayode Fayemi served between 2018 and 2022.
