Salimon Oladiti, a former National Trustee of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG), has emerged as the new President of the union.

Oladiti was elected on Friday at the union’s 6th Quadrennial Delegates Conference, currently taking place in Lagos.
