The Eko Electricity Distribution Company EKEDC has unveiled four new customer complaint units.
The complaints units are located at Onike, Ajangbadi, Ajegy le and Badagry is to help in improving its service delivery.
The company’s Managing Director, Dr Tinuade Sanda, disclosed this during a press conference at one of the new customer complaint units in Onike, Lagos.
Sanda stated that with the commissioning EKEDC will further connect with customers by bringing their services closer to them.
“The opening of these customer complaint units is part of our strategy to improving services to our customers and improve customer satisfaction across our operational network,” she said.
She said the unveiling was part of EKEDC’s activities lined up for the 2022 customer service week which started with the promotion and reward of over one thousand staff of the company across board.
This, she noted, was to encourage staff by boosting their morale to continually deliver optimal service to its customers.
Other activities for the customer service week included a humanitarian outreach to schools within its operational network with donations of school materials and other items.
