Doctors and dietitians are backing daily egg consumption, citing new research that shows egg cholesterol has little impact on blood cholesterol levels and may even improve the ratio of good to bad cholesterol.

Eggs deliver nutrients like potassium, folate, B vitamins, and beneficial fats that support heart health. They also contain antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin, which fight inflammation and protect the heart and eyes.

As a complete protein, eggs help maintain muscle mass, regulate blood sugar, and keep you full longer. One egg provides 6% of daily vitamin D for stronger bones, plus essential amino acids for muscle repair after activity.

Eggs are also rich in choline for brain development, memory and focus, while biotin supports healthy skin and hair. Health experts say their versatility makes them easy to add to any diet — boiled, fried or poached.
