The Delta State Chief Judge, Justice Marshal Umukoro has directed the High Court of Justice,in the State to proceed on Christmas Recess from Thursday 24th day of December, 2020 to Friday the 1st day of January, 2021
A statement by the Chief Judge said that High Court in the state will resume sittings on Monday, January 4, 2021.
He further directed that the Easter Recess shall run from Friday the 2nd day of April 2021 to Friday, April 9, 2021. While sittings of the Court will resume on Monday, April 12, 2021.
The statement advised litigants, Legal Practitioners, stakeholders in the administration of justice, staff of the High Court of Delta State and the public to take note of the development and comply accordingly.
