Nigerian Afrobeat musician, Davido has revealed his retirement plan from music.
The singer made the revelation in a video of his interview shared on Instagram by popular blogger, Tunde Ednut.
Speaking about his greatest fear in his career, Davido stated that he does not want to get to a phase when people no longer go wild for his music
While noting that everybody goes through different phases in their career, he vowed to retire from the music industry before he turns sour.
He said, “The only thing I’m really scared of is that moment when people cry and go crazy when I get on stage. But it’s going to get to a point where it’s going to start slowing down in my career, everybody goes through it.
“I never want to get there. I’m gonna retire before I turn sour.”
