An Ondo High Court sitting has ordered the reinstatement of four suspended members of the State House of Assembly
Justice Ademola Bola, in his judgement, described the suspension as illegal and ordered the House to reinstate the lawmakers with immediate effect.
The lawmakers were allegedly suspended for their refusal to sign the impeachment notice of the Deputy Governor of the state, Agboola Ajayi.

They include the Deputy Speaker, Mr Ogundeji Iroju; Mrs. Favour Tomomowo; Mr Wale Williams; and Tomide Akinribido.
