The Federal High Court, Kaduna, has affirmed the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Senator Uba Sani as the substantive candidate for the 2023 election in the state.

After two adjournments for the ruling on a case seeking the nullification of Senator Uba Sani as Kaduna APC gubernatorial candidate, the court affirmed Uba Sani as the standard bearer of the party for the 2023 election.
