Club 66, Idanre, Ondo state has congratulated the Lisa and Traditional Prime Minister of Idanre Land, High Chief Christopher Oluwole Akindolire on his 90th birthday, describing him as a pride to Idanre Kingdom.
In a congratulatory message, the President, Club 66, Dr Anthony Omolola recounted how High Chief Akindolire rose from a humble beginning, worked hard, and became a Chattered Accountant.
Omolola said “You rose from a humble beginning: From St Saviour’s Anglican primary school Aiyetoro Owena- Idanre to St David’s Anglican primary school Akure from where you moved to Ondo Boys High School, Ondo and later to Abeokuta Grammar School,Abeokuta after which you travelled to England and attended Leeds University where you eventually became a Chattered Accountant.”
He added, upon Akindolire’s return to Nigeria, he demonstrated skills and excellence in the then Tate and Lyle Multinational Company in Nigeria,where he eventually became the Managing Director/CEO.
“Also as Chairman of many companies,Owena Bank,AIICO insurance, etc you made your marks and made Idanre proud. At 90, many wonder at your cerebral acumen and the ability to keep yourself in tandem with the reality of the modern day: This can only be God!” he noted
Omolola prayed God to spare High Chief Christopher Oluwole Akindolire’s life to celebrate more birthdays in good health and prosperity adding that Idanre people and beyond will forever remember him for his good deeds.
