The Newly appointed Service Chiefs have arrived Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The service Chiefs led by the Chief of Defense Staff, Gen. Leo Irabor, arrived at the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army where Gen. Irhabor addressed officers and men of the division.
They are expected to meet Governor Seyi Makinde and supervise change of leadership at the division.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Taiwo Adisa, confirmed the development saying they were on their way to meet with the Governor.
