The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, CDCFIB, has announced dates for shortlisted candidates to check their status and participate in the oral interview stage of the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise.
This was contained in a statement issued on Friday by the Secretary to the Board, Maj.-Gen. A. M. Jibril, rtd.
According to the statement, graduates should check their status from Monday, August 31 to Wednesday, September 2, 2026. Candidates who applied with NCE, OND and SSCE qualifications are to check from Monday, September 7 to Wednesday, September 9, 2026.
The Board said all successful candidates should visit the official CDCFIB recruitment portal, http://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng, to confirm if they have been shortlisted for the oral interview.
Jibril advised candidates to disregard any request for payment and to report such demands to the appropriate authorities.
The CDCFIB also said all official communications regarding the exercise would be made through its portal and not via email.
The announcement covers recruitment into the Nigerian Correctional Service, Nigerian Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service, and the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, following the recently concluded physical and medical screening.
