Several members of All Progressives Congress, APC, from Benue State sustained serious injuries after bus conveying them to party rally in Lafia, Nasarawa State, collided head-on with another vehicle in the early hours of Saturday, October 10.
The accident was said to have occurred a few kilometres from the rally venue.
The victims were reportedly taken to hospitals in Lafia for medical attention.
The Incident was confirmed by Dan-Morgan Ihomun, state publicity secretary of Austin Agada faction of APC, who said no lives were lost.
