Tragedy struck on Saturday in Katsina as dare devil bandits attacked Tsaskiya village in Safana local government area killing eleven people and injuring three others.
Sources in the area said the bandits stormed the village at around 11:30am.
The source added that on reaching the village the bandits started shooting sporodically where in the end they killed the eleven people.
However sources from the area further disclosed that residents of the village have fled to Dutsin-ma town to guard against further attack.
