The Nigerian Army under Operation Udoka has declared Ifeanyi Eze Okorienta, popularly known as “Gentle The Yahoo”, wanted over alleged threats to peace and security in the South-East.

In a wanted notice issued by the Joint Task Force South-East, the military announced a N30 million reward for credible information leading to his arrest.

The task force described Okorienta as a suspect linked to activities undermining security in the region and urged members of the public to provide useful information to security agencies.

“Anyone whose information leads to the suspect’s capture will receive a N30 million reward,” the notice stated.

The military also called on residents to support ongoing efforts to tackle violence and other forms of criminality in the South-East, stressing the need for collective action to sustain peace.

“Give Peace a Chance,” the Army said.

Members of the public with relevant information have been advised to contact security authorities through 193 or 0806 795 9570. The Army assured that information can be submitted anonymously.

Operation Udoka was launched to check insecurity, kidnapping and violent attacks in the South-East.
