Aboy Chibuzor, an autistic man under the care of popular Nigerian pastor, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere has finally tied the knot.
The pastor had in a viral video, three days ago, sought a wife for the adopted son, promising to offer financial incentives, including accommodation, salary, and other benefits to any woman willing to marry the man.
Pastor Chibuzor claimed that his adopted son, who is autistic, has troubles controlling his s£xual urge among other children in the house.
He claimed the boy gets an erection all the time and he does not want the boy to impregnate one of the children in the home. As a result, he is seeking an older woman he would pay to marry the autistic son and help curb his s£xual urges.
Announcing the union on Facebook, Pastor Chibuzor wrote: “Aboy Chibuzor got married today, 29th March 2026!
The post, however, sparked widespread criticism and anger, especially among women, who claimed that the proposal was inappropriate and demeaning to them.
Shortly after the widespread anger, the preacher tendered his apologies to women, stating that he has no reason or intentions to demean anybody.
However, it was gathered that the autistic man got married on Sunday March 26 to a woman of God.
Apostle Chibuzor posted photos from the wedding ceremony on his Facebook page shortly after the event.
