The All Progressives Congress (APC) has commenced the screening of presidential aspirants ahead of the party’s presidential primary.
The presidential primary of the party is scheduled to take place between June 6th and June 8th,2022.
The APC Presidential Screening Committee is led by Mr John Oyegun, a former Edo State governor and former national chairman of the party.
Recalled that 28 presidential aspirants obtained the nomination and expression of interest forms of the ruling party.
However, five of the aspirants have pulled out, leaving 23 aspirants to contest the primary.
The two-day screening exercise is scheduled for today and tomorrow, Tuesday.
