According to Akinterinwa, President Tinubu deserves all the support from Ondo state in view of his transformational leadership which the state has benefitted immensely from.

Akinterinwa ‘s gesture compliments the tireless efforts of the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo who remains the major sponsor of PCP and many other support groups working for Tinubu’s re-election in Ondo State.

Welcoming members to the meeting, PCP Director-General urged them to renew their commitment to the reelection of the President by propagating his landmark achievements to all and sundry.

Also present at the meeting were the three Deputy Directors General, coordinating each of the three Senatorial Districts in the state.

They included Kole Akinbolarin (Ondo South), Taye Akinyele (Ondo Central) and Isiaka Elegberunibon (Ondo North)

The director general disclosed that PCP would organise Senatorial meetings between 15th and 25th of May to rejig members’ enthusiasm for grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general election while an elaborate Women rally has been scheduled for May 29 in commemoration of the President Tinubu’s three years in office.

Also, In celebrating this year’s Democracy Day, the PCP Stakeholders’ meeting resolved to organise special prayer sessions in different parts of Ondo state for the Tinubu’s administration with a plan to involve other support groups in the state.

In their contributions, some leaders of the APC, including Dr Olubunmi Osadaun and Barr Sola Ajisafe stressed the need for the APC in Ondo state to embrace peace and unity as the Presidential, National and State Assemblies primary elections draw near.

The meeting had, in attendance, past and present political office holders.
