President Bola Tinubu on Wednesday arrived Ondo State for a condolence visit on the family of the late governor of the state, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu in Owo.
The president who arrived at the Akure Airport at about 11:35 am, was received by the State Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, his Ekiti State counterpart, Biodun Oyebanji, top government functionaries among others.
The President later proceeded to Owo town accompanied by Aiyedatiwa and was received by the State Deputy Governor, Olayide Adelami among other top politicians.
The President also paid a condolence visit to the traditional ruler of the town, Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye 111.
President is expected to visit Pa Reuben Fasoranti, the Afenifere leader in Akure.
