A 17-year old student of the Redeemers University,Osun State , Ireoluwa Akinlaja, has been kidnapped by some unknown persons in Ogun State.
Akinlaja was reportedly on his way to the Redemption camp to join his parents when he was snatched by the kidnappers on Sunday.
Reports claim he was kidnapped around Sagamu Interchange, Ogun state.
He had alighted from a vehicle but while waiting for his parents to pick him up, he was captured, it was learnt.
It was gathered that the boy immediately sent a message to his mother, announcing that he had been kidnapped.
Policemen has however swung into action in an effort to hunt down the kidnappers.
