Minister of State for Employment, Festus Keyamo, who also serves as The spokesperson of the APC Presidential candidate, Festus Keyamo has given reasons why Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo is not on the presidential campaign council of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Keyamo in a statement released on Saturday afternoon said President Buhari had asked that Osinbajo and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, be excluded from the campaign council.
According to him, this would enable them focus on the governance of the country and the administration of government.
According to the 422-member APC Presidential Campaign Council list, President Muhammadu Buhari will serve as the Chairman.
While of the party’s presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu and National chairman of the party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, will serve as deputy chairman, one and two respectively.
