An unknown vehicle has crushed a one year old boy, Desmond Adewole to death in Emure Ekiti.
The boy was ran over by one of the worshipers who came to St Paul’s Anglican Church, Emure Ekiti during the Easter Sunday Service.
According to one of the members of the church, who craved anonymity, the owner of the vehicle has not been identified
The boy was found on the ground in a position that shows that he was mistakenly run over by a vehicle but the driver has not been identified.
The church member said the incident happened when the baby came out of the church unknowingly to look for his mother.
The spokesperson of the State Police Command, Sunday Abutu, who confirmed the incident said the matter would be thoroughly investigated.
