Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has finally addressed swirling rumours about his alleged relationship with Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru.
In a declaration on his Instagram page, the award-winning artiste confirmed his love for Natasha and expressed his desire to marry her.
In a since-deleted post, the singer shared a stunning image of the Edo lawmaker on his official Instagram page and asked Nigerians to help beg her to marry him.
He wrote: ‘Now this is my world. Make una help me beg am to marry me.
This comes shortly after the singer dismissed widespread claims linking Natasha to the breakdown of his marriage, stating,
“I have seen so many things, so many people coming up with their own false and malicious nonsense after I posted what I posted.”
He then went on to describe Natasha as a “beautiful, smart, and amazing young woman” whom he loves and intends to marry. However, he clarified that she played no role in the dissolution of his marriage with Annie.
“I said what I said. Everyone is going to be alright. Honourable Natasha is a young and brilliant woman, and she has nothing to do with what’s happening between me and Annie. Yes, I love her. I want to marry her,” the singer stated.
Addressing speculations, 2Baba acknowledged the widespread rumors about his newfound romance but remained unbothered, encouraging people to continue their discussions while standing by his truth.
