Three students of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina have died in a ghastly accident along Katsina – Dutsin-ma highway.
According to Katsina Post the deceased were on their way to home after concluding their examinations before meeting their untimely death.
The Students Union Government of the University confirmed the accident in a statement adding that two others were injured in the accident.
“With immense sorrow, pain and grief, The student’s Union Government regret to announce the untimely demised of Some Students.
“They were involved in a ghastly Car accident yesterday on their way back from School to their various destination.
“The deceased are Hamza Lawal, Education Mathematics (200L), Salisu Garba, Education Geography (200L) and Hamza Hamza Education Geography (200L).
“Those injured are Halilu Ibrahim Edu. Physics (200L) and Abdulbasir Aminu from Edu. Geography (200L).
“May Allah bless their souls and gives fortitude to bereaved families, friends and course mates to bear this irreparable loss.”
