Eight suspended members of the Zamfara State House of Assembly have gone to court to declare their suspension illegal.
The lawmakers are suing the state house of assembly, state attorney general, police and Department of State Security and DSS.
However, the police and DSS said that they were yet to be served the summons.
The counsel to the eight suspended state lawmakers, Barrister Ibrahim Alli, subsequently agreed to a later date for the matter to be heard to allow them to serve the respondents who said they were not served.
