Nigerian highlife singer Chinedu Okoli, better known as Flavour N’abania has lost his father, Pa Benjamin Onyemaechi Okoli
The award-winning singer announced the death of his father via social media pages on Wednesday.
He shared an old video of him playing guitar to serenade his father.
“My father, papa Ijele rest well”, he wrote in the caption.
Flavour, however, did not disclose the cause of death or the date of his passing.
Fans and colleagues have offered their condolences in the post’s comments section.
