The Bishop of the Diocese of Ekiti West, The Most Reverend Rufus Ajileye Adepoju has been suspended by the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion
He was suspended based on sex scandals.
Adepoju was disciplined for allegedly sleeping with the wife of a priest.
The wife of the priest was said to have been under his employment and care.
His suspension notice; which was communicated to the Bishop; was signed by the Prelate of the church; Most Reverend Henry Ndukuba
