The Lagos State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso, has said that the state government has not ended the rescue mission for trapped victims in the Ikoyi building collapse.
Omotoso said this while responding to questions from journalists at the site of the collapsed 21-storey building on Friday.
He said the clarification became necessary to debunk the report in some news medium that they were rounding up the rescue mission today.
The Commisisoner also confirmed that the recovered bodies have risen to 38.
