President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the 2023 armed forces remeberance day ceremony at Eagle Square, Abuja today, Sunday, January 15.
Vice-President Yemi Osinabjo; Ahmad Lawan, senate president; Femi Gbajabiamila, speaker of the house of representatives; Olukayode Ariwoola, chief justice of Nigeria, heads of security agencies and other dignitaries were present.
The celebration, which holds every January 15, features parade by armed forces across the 36 states and the federal capital territory (FCT), and the laying of wreaths.
