A suspected female kidnapper met her waterloo as she was stripped by residents of Ajao Estate area of Lagos for hypnotising a teenage girl in the pretence of asking for directions to a warehouse.
According to the Facebook post by Lord-mayor Esione, the teenage girl was saved by her uncle, who coincidentally drove through the street while the kidnapper was committing the crime.
Upon interrogation, the female kidnapper who claimed she speaks only French confessed to hypnotising the girl and that she planned to use her for rituals. This angered residents of the area, who beat and stripped her naked.
