Oyo State Government has inaugurated the state taskforce on human trafficking aimed at reducing trafficking in the state.
While inaugurating, Governor Seyi Makinde represented by the Deputy Governor,Rauf Olaniyan made it known said the committee with compliment the effort of NAPTIP adding that human trafficking pose a great distress on the society.

He charged the Task Force to work assiduously to combat
human trafficking by adopting effective measures that can prevent the menace within the state, while assuring them the support of government in the course of the assignment.
