Bandits have reportedly killed one of the kidnapped students of the Federal University, Dutsinma, Katsina State.
The 100-level Computer Science student was found lifeless in a bush on Monday, March 24, 2025.
Recall that bandits abducted four students from Paris Quarters, behind the university at about 2:20 a.m. on Sunday, March 2, 2025.
The assailants, reportedly in large numbers, invaded the area and whisked away four individuals.
The victims have been identified as Wali Kayode (25), Fahad Muhammad (20), Emmanuel (surname unknown), and another yet-to-be-identified person.
