The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has adjourned the collation exercise till noon, Sunday 17th November as it awaits results from three remaining local governments.

With the total of 15 LGAs announced so far, the All Progressives Congress (APC) is maintaining a strong lead in all, with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) coming second.

The collation officer, Prof Olayemi Akinwunmi, who announced the recess, said it is to allow for the arrival of results from the remaining local governments which he said are very far from Akure, the capital city.

With 15 LGAs now announced, Aiyedatiwa has polled 301,113 votes against Ajayi who garnered 97,051 votes so far.

PDP: 5,787

Registered Voters: 87,291

Accredited Voters: 21,698

Total valid votes: 20,942

Rejected votes: 648

Total votes cast: 21590

2. Ondo Election Results: Okitipupa LGA

APC – 26,811

PDP – 10,233

LP: 27

Total Registered Voters – 126,021

Valid Votes – 37,597

Rejected Votes – 858

Accredited voters – 38,814

Total Votes cast – 38,455

3. Ondo Election Results: Ile Oluji/Okeigbo LGA

APC – 16,600

PDP – 4,442

SDP – 3

4. Ondo Election Results: Idanre LGA

APC – 9,114

PDP – 8,940

Registered Voters – 91392

Accredited Voters – 19712

APC – 17,117
