The newly appointed Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, has reacted to his appointment.
Onanuga vowed to serve Mr President with immediate effect.
He appreciated Tinubu and Nigerians for the confidence reposed in him.
Posting on X, Onanuga wrote: “I will henceforth serve as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s special adviser on information and strategy, with immediate effect.
“I thank the President for his confidence in me. I thank fellow Nigerians who have put me in their prayers and who believe the cap of the new job fits me.”
Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, had announced Onanuga’s appointment on Friday.
Recall that Onanuga was a spokesperson for the defunct Tinubu/Shettima presidential campaign team.
