The Lagos State Commissioner of Police , Hakeem Odumosu has ordered the immediate release of Comedian Mr. Macaroni and all the 34 others arrested today at Lekki Tollgate.
TVC quoted Odumosu as saying that the 35 people arrested, along with the comedian Mr. Macaroni should be released immediately.
Macaroni and the others joined the #OccupyLekkiTollGate protest , defying the police ban.
The suspects were herded in a Black Maria and detained at Area J Police Command, Elemoro, Ibeju Lekki.
