A loaded tanker has fallen in the Costain area of Lagos on Tuesday.
The tanker was ascending the Costain Bridge inward Iponri, Funsho Williams Avenue, Surulere, when it fell.
The incident occurred at about 2p.m withe the tanker blocking the main carriageway while spilling its fuel content.
It was said to have hit a car, then tumbled and spilled its contents. But nobody was injured during the incident.

However, it was promptly attended to by emergency responders but not before some Lagos residents gathered to scoop petrol at the scene.
Director, Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Mrs Margaret Adeseye, confirmed the incident on Tuesday.
She assured that Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service were on the ground to mitigate the situation .
Adeseye also assured public safety and counting on the public’s support to do away with combustible materials within the vicinity to avert a secondary incident.
