Former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan has called on security agencies apprehend miscreants who may attempt to use violence to undermine our democratic process in the ongoing Governorship and Assembly elections.
Jonathan spoke in Otuoke Bayelsa State after casting his vote at his polling unit.
“I voted at Unit 13, Ward 39 in Otuoke, Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, at the ongoing State Assembly election in the state.
“I urge Nigerians to exercise their franchise peacefully.
“I call on security agencies to be professional in their duties and apprehend miscreants who may attempt to use violence to undermine our democratic process”.
