The Jigawa State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has announced Monday January 18th resumption for schools across the state.
A statement signed by the permanent Secretary of the ministry, Umar Sule Gwaram call on parents to ensure that their wards resume for academic activities on Monday.
Gwaram said the state government has made all necessary arrangements especially on COVID-19 Protocols for the safety of the students in schools.

According to the statement, Boarding students are to resume on Sunday the 17th of January while Day students are expected to be in their schools on Monday 18th.
The statement further called on the heads of schools to ensure total compliance to COVID-19 PROTOCOLS in their respective schools as the ministry will send its monitoring team to ensure the compliance.
