Adamawa State Government has acquired a sophisticated military drone to assist the military in the fight against insurgency in the State.
The Governor said aquiring the drone is government way of helping the military get rid of the menace of kidnapping and banditry in Adamawa State.
The Governor spoke while receiving the Acting General Officer Commanding 3 Division of Nigerian Army, Brigadier General B. A Muhammad who led the delegation on a thank you visit to the Governor in Government House, Yola.
The Governor however affirmed that the security of lives and properties of the citizens is one of his top priority and he will not relent in supporting the security agencies.
In his remark, Brig. Gen. B. A Muhammad applauded Governor Fintiri for his enthusiastic support to the Military Agencies in fighting crimes in the State.
He also expresses his happiness to the Governor for providing Operational Vehicles and the special intercession his Administration gives to the Nigerian Army and is used to boost the activities of Army in fighting criminality in the state.
He assured the Governor of the command’s readiness in making the State safe again.
