A helicopter on Tuesday crashed into a residential building at Oba Akran area in Ikeja, Lagos State.
It was gathered that the incident occurred at 3:30 pm adjacent to AP Filling Station, and United Bank For Africa, Oba Akran.
The aircraft burst into flames near Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), its destination.
Two people believed to be the pilots of the helicopter have been rescued. It is however unclear if there were other passengers on board the ill-fated chopper.
Responders from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) were on ground at the time of filing this report.
