Gunmen suspected to be kidnappers have abducted the Bayelsa State Commissioner for Trade, Industry and Investment, Hon. Otokito Federal Oparmiola.
Otokito was kidnapped by armed men at his residence in Otuokpoti, Ogbia Local Government area on Thursday night.
Eye witness account said the gunmen invaded the community at about 11pm and shot sporadically to scare people away.
They then proceeded to the commissioner’s residence and whisked him away to an unknown destination.
