Galatasaray revealed that a full agreement had been reached with Napoli, with the deal including a clause that gives the Italian club 10% of any profit from a future sale of the player.

Osimhen, 26, has signed a four-year contract which will run from the 2025–2026 season. Under the terms of the agreement, he will earn a net salary of €15 million per season, alongside a loyalty bonus of €1 million and €5 million in image rights.

“Professional football player Victor James Osimhen has been transferred following an agreement reached with his former club, SSCN Napoli S.p.A, ,” the club wrote.

“As part of the agreement, a net transfer fee of 75.000.000 euros will be paid to the former club. Additionally, 10% of the profit from the player’s future sale will be paid to SSCN Napoli S.p.A. A four-year contract has been signed with the player, effective from the 2025–2026 season.”

”According to the agreement, the player will receive a net annual guaranteed salary of 15.000.000 euros, a net loyalty bonus of 1.000.000 euros per season, and 5.000.000 euros per season for image rights.”

The Nigerian international spent the previous season on loan at the club, winning both the Super Lig title and the Turkish Cup.

The former Lille striker arrived in Istanbul on Wednesday evening, 30th July, to a thunderous welcome. Thousands of Galatasaray fans gathered at the airport to celebrate the arrival of their new star signing.

Osimhen’s move brings an end to his time with Napoli, where he became a cult hero after helping the club win the Serie A title in the 2022–2023 season.
