Dr. Fatimah Abdullahi, former wife of APC National Chairman, Senator Abdullahi Adamu has picked the expression of interest and nomination forms of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to run for Nasarawa gubernatorial race in the 2023 general elections.
Fatimah, a 43-year-old University of Leeds trained Medical Doctor picked the forms on Wednesday to challenge Governor Abdullahi A. Sule for the ticket of the governing party, stressing that the state deserves better.
She lamented that the state was in dire need of change in leadership, hence her decision to offer herself for service.
The 43-year-old who also holds a Master’s degree in Health Economics from the Bayero University Kano (BUK) vowed to prioritize job creation and human capital development, education and health, and economic growth with focus on Agriculture and Solid Minerals if elected as Governor.
