In November last year, Meghan had shared the agony of her miscarriage back in July.
In an opinion piece published by New York Times, Meghan wrote: “I knew, as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second.”
The 39 year-old royal said she shared her story to help break the silence around an all-too-common tragedy.
“Losing a child means carrying an almost unbearable grief, experienced by many but talked about by few,” Meghan wrote.
