Hajiya Sa’adatu Bello Kirfi, commissioner for cooperatives and SMEs development in Bauchi state, on Wednesday resigned her appointment.
The resignation is coming hours after her father, Alhaji Mohammed Bello Kirfi was removed as the Waziri of Bauchi by Bauchi Emirate Council for allegedly disrespecting Governor Bala Mohammed.
In a two-paragraph resignation letter, signed and addressed to the Governor and routed through the Secretary to the State Government, she said her resignation was with immediate effect.
The commissioner thanked the Governor for giving her the opportunity to serve her state under his administration.
