The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has confirmed 300 new cases of coronavirus in the country with Lagos recording a whopping 255 as against 85 reported on Friday and none on saturday.
The health agency in it’s late night tweet on Sunday said the new cases has moved Nigeria’s total toll to 64,090.
While Lagos alone recorded 255 new cases, FCT reported 27 new cases while Oyo State recorded 10 new cases.

Other states with new Infections are Kaduna -5, Ondo-2, Kano-1.
According to the NCDC 59,910 persons have been successfully treated and discharged from different isolation centres while
1,154 have lost their lives to the virus.
