A federal high court in Abuja has remanded Peter Nwachukwu, husband of late gospel singer, Osinachi in Kuje prison.
Justice Ngozi Nwosu-Iheme ordered that Nwachukwu remains in custody until the conclusion of his trial.
She granted an accelerated hearing and adjourned till June 16 at 12 noon for the commencement of trial.

The Federal Government had levelled 23-count charges bordering on domestic violence and homicide, among others,on him following the death of his wife.
Nwachukwu although pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Osinachi died following alleged domestic violence she suffered from Nwachukwu.
