The highly anticipated Big Brother Naija Season 10, aptly dubbed “10/10,” kicked off today, Saturday, July 26, 2025, promising intense drama and excitement.
The reality TV show will feature a diverse group of housemates competing for the grand prize of N150 million worth of gifts over the next 71 days. Fan favourite Ebuka Obi-Uchendu remains the host.
Returning host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu usher in a fresh set of housemates who are expected to keep viewers hooked for 10 weeks, with the finale slated for October 5.
While the official theme remains a mystery, it will be revealed during the launch show.
Fifteen female housemates were introduced to the house today, each bringing their unique personalities:
The housemates are; Zite, a 24-year-old student, Ayomide, 23 years old, from Ondo State, Sultana, from Adamawa State, Doris Okorie Big Soso, from Kaduna State, Tracy, 27 years old
Ivatar, a single mum, half Igbo and half Yoruba, raised in South Africa
Sabrina, DJ Jasmine, from Abuja
Thelma, a mother of one, who calls herself a “boss lady” Imisi, from Oyo State.
Others are; Ibifubara, from Rivers State, a therapist and creative, Isabella, from Rivers State, a single mum of a 14-year-old, who describes herself as an “unapologetic seductress” and Joanna, a 21-year-old single lady from Benue State, Dede, a 23-year-old
The male housemates will be introduced tomorrow, Sunday, July 27, 2025, during the second part of the launch show.
Multichoice says this season is more than just another chapter it’s a celebration of the show’s legacy. Since debuting in 2006, BBNaija has featured 197 housemates and awarded ₦637 million in prizes.
Last season’s winner, Kellyrae, made history as the first married housemate to win, walking away with ₦100 million
