Big Brother Nigeria 10 housemate, Gigi Jasmine became the 7th housemate to be evicted from the reality show in a live eviction carried out by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on Sunday night.

Her eviction was announced after victory’s eviction, the duo garnered the lowest support among their fellow contestants, leading to their departure from the popular reality TV show.

Jasmine, a 26-year-old entrepreneur and content creator from Lagos, entered the BNaija house with an infectious energy and a knack for creating unforgettable moments.

Known for her bold fashion choices and unapologetic personality, she quickly became a fan favorite, sparking both admiration and debate on social media platforms like X.

Her strategic gameplay, particularly during her brief alliance with former Head of House Victory Okokon, kept viewers glued to their screens.

However, her eviction follows a rollercoaster week of nominations and house dynamics, including a rumored fallout with Victory, which some fans speculate influenced her exit.

The eviction process this season has been nothing short of unpredictable, with Big Brother’s twists keeping housemates and viewers on their toes.

Jasmine survived an early scare in Week 1 when nearly all housemates faced eviction after a failed house-wide task.

Her ability to navigate alliances and her standout performances in tasks, such as the cultural dance challenge, earned her praise as a fierce competitor.

Yet, her outspoken nature also stirred controversies, including a heated exchange with housemate Kuture over comments made during a truth-or-dare game, which trended heavily on X.

In their farewell message, the official Big Brother Naija account acknowledged Gigi Jasmine’s impact, stating, “They brought the energy, the moments, and the game, but every chapter has to end. Wishing Gigi Jasmine greener pastures.”

The eviction leaves the house with fewer larger-than-life personalities, raising questions about who will fill the void as the competition for the ₦150 million grand prize intensifies.

Housemates Danboskid, Ibifubara, Kayikunmi, and Otega had already been evicted, with Sabrina leaving earlier due to health reasons.
