The Bayelsa State Police Command has confirmed the death of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Oluseye Odunmbaku who tragically passed away in his sleep at his residence in Yenagoa.
ACP Odunmbaku, who was heading the Department of Operations, reportedly died in his sleep.
While the police spokesman, CSP Asinim Butswat, acknowledged the officer’s passing, details surrounding the circumstances of his death have not been disclosed.
The State Police Command expressed regret at the loss and noted ACP Odunmbaku’s position within the force until his passing.
